April 2007 will find stewardship ministry leaders from throughout North America and the United Kingdom meeting together for the first time to explore our varied responses to God’s generosity, and to examine the way a clear sense of mission encourages the generosity of individuals and benefits the institutional Church.
April 23-26 , 2007, Suffolk England Plan now to attend this exciting conference and perhaps one or more of the special educational and entertainment offerings during the conference. You may even add an eight day post-conference tour to visit Cathedrals, Castles, Abbeys, Villages and Ruins. Other opportunities include a visit to historic Ipswich, childhood home of King Henry’s VIII’s right hand man, Cardinal Wolsey, and participation in the British Commemoration of the 400th Anniversary of the settling of Jamestown, Virginia. Their comments will be made available on this site as soon as they are available. The banquet on Wednesday, 25 April, will feature The Most Rev’d. John Sentamu, Archbishop of York, as guest speaker. Conference participants are encouraged to invite spouses/guests traveling with them to join us for this evening event. (Additional charge for each guest is $50 US) OPTIONAL EVENTS: Optional events on the afternoons of Monday, April 23rd and Tuesday, April 24th include a golf tournament and several short tours. This option may require that you provide your own transportation to and from the conference centre.
